Introducing our company is Rowena, the founder and managing director of Bybrook Bespoke. Row started her career by studying spatial design at university and has over twenty years of experience designing high-end luxury kitchens and interiors. Known for her exceptional personalised service and innovative design ideas, Row has built a reputation for creating luxurious spaces and specialises in high-end bespoke kitchens. Her expertise lies in interpreting clients’ ideas and translating them into stunning, beautiful interiors that blend style and practicality.
Emily Flux Senior Design Manager
Emily, our senior design manager, also has over twenty years of experience in the industry. She began her career by studying interior architecture in London. Her extensive background spans various design disciplines, making her a versatile and knowledgeable designer. Emily is known for her ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion. She fosters collaboration among her team, ensuring that every project meets the highest quality and creativity standards.
Sarah Ireland Senior Interior Designer
Sarah is an award-winning interior designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design. Her creative and practical approach starts with understanding her clients’ needs, preferences, and how they use their space. This ensures that each design is tailored to the individual, resulting in a stylish and functional home. Sarah’s expertise lies in tailoring colour palettes, furniture, and accessories to bring her client’s visions to life. Dagmara Surus Senior Designer
Dagmara is a senior designer with over twenty years of experience, specialising in commercial design. She has studied interior architecture and fine arts, playing a pivotal role working as a leading designer in large scale projects winning many awards. She focuses on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance commercial and residential environments beautifully. Her strategic vision and innovative approach ensure high standards of quality and creativity in every project.

Matt and Rich run our kitchen fitting team, with a reputation for their craftsmanship and dedication, with many years of experience, they bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every project.
