We offer various customisable design services to meet your interior and renovation needs. Whether you’re embarking on a substantial construction project, requiring design expertise throughout the entire process, design and product delivery of your kitchen, or seeking to redesign your living space, our team can provide professional guidance to optimise your new space’s layout and functionality. Here is how it works:

Consultation  
Upon you contacting us, we will schedule a complimentary design consultation. During this meeting, you can share your design ideas and aspirations. We will then provide insights into possibilities that align with your vision and advise you on how we can assist you. 
 

Design  

If you decide to use our design services, we will take a detailed brief from you and agree with you on the scope of work. We can share ideas, and we will write up a brief. Once this has been signed off by you, we will start the design process within our agreed-upon timelines. 
 
 

Measure  

To ensure accurate designs, we will take precise measurements of your space. This ensures we are creating designs that genuinely can work within your space, and any technical elements going forward can be detailed up correctly, saving both time and money. 

Place Your Order  

If you are ordering one of our bespoke kitchens, once the designs are signed off, we will place your order with the chosen workshop/manufacturer. We will advise you on the timeframes and the delivery and installation process. 

Delivery  

Following the sign off of your cabinetry, we will let you know when it will be delivered to your home, and will arrange for our kitchen fitters to be available for inspection and installation. 

Installation  

Depending on the scope of the works, we will arrange a date for installation, whether this is a full bespoke kitchen or you have instructed us to design your entire home. Design management of the fit is a normal part of the service, including overseeing stone templating, fitting, painters, appliances, all hardware and being present often to check all the finer details are adhered to. 

Handover  

Today is a truly exciting day! It’s the day we hand you your newly designed kitchen or interior space. We’ll meet you at your home to walk through every detail, ensuring that everything meets your expectations and that you’re delighted with the result. We’ll take the time to review each aspect of the design, answer any questions you might have, and ensure you’re delighted with your beautiful new space. 

Completion & Aftercare  

Once your kitchen is completed, we hope you’ll be thrilled with your new interior space. Our commitment to you doesn’t end there. If anything isn’t working as expected or if you have any questions, we’re just a call away. We’re here to ensure everything is perfect and to support you whenever you need us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re dedicated to ensuring you love every aspect of your new kitchen.

How do we Plan Your Space?   

Following the initial consultation and acceptance of our design process, we need to obtain the technical plans for the space. This is done either via architect’s plans, or we will take a survey. 
 
If you are opting to work with us ahead of architects drawings being issued, we will be part of your design team assisting to navigate the possibilities of the design/construction aspect, by speaking with your build team or architects, helping to reduce lag time and cost by getting it right quicker, thus reducing redraw time between architects and us. Our specific knowledge in interior architecture and cabinetry layouts allows us to work with your architects early on. 
 
We can create mood boards to demonstrate how materials and colours can complement each other, and we produce 3D drawings and visuals to show you a realistic view of your space. Through discussions and consultations, we aim to finalise the design and reach a point where you can approve it. At the point of design and quoting we advise on -all coming together to form the basis of the final designs.

We will craft detailed mood boards and collaborate closely with you on selecting stone, appliances, hardware, fitting and painting colours, materials, and furniture. Your input is invaluable throughout the process, ensuring your unique personality shines through in every design aspect. 

Delivery & Installation   

Our kitchens are proudly manufactured in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We take great care in delivering your kitchen and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. We will consult with you to arrange a convenient delivery time. 
 
Upon delivery, our team will be on hand to unpack your kitchen and coordinate the installation as swiftly as possible, minimising any disruption to your daily routine. We understand how disruptive a build and renovation can be, so we work hard to try and make that a easier as possible.
